I met Brian at the Huntingdon Business Network thinking I had no problems with my Will. However talking to Brian it soon became apparent that the people who I was leaving my estate to would be left with a large complex tax bill. Brian redid my will very efficiently, quickly and at a good price resolving this tax problem. I would definitely recommend him. Even to just have your current will checked.

My husband and I wanted to make mirror wills and we asked Brian Williamson of BJWills to do this for us.

Brian visited us at home at a time to suit us and gave us a very personal service. He asked all questions so that we would remember to include everything we wanted in our Wills - plus a few things we could have overlooked, such as making financial provision for the persons we wanted to look after our pets after we died - and he also asked for clarification when we were a bit vague. He also showed great patience with us, especially when we were deciding who should do what and who should get what (we have no children).  

Very soon after Brian's visit we received drafts of our Wills, together with relevant paperwork so that we fully understood the legal aspects of our Wills. Receiving our 'real' Wills was also a speedy and efficient service.

We and my mother also wanted paperwork for Enduring Power of Attorney should we become incapable of looking after our own affairs. Again, these papers were prepared with patience and professionalism. When the time came to invoke my mother's EPA there were no problems encountered when registering it.

We found Brian to be dedicated to his conviction of providing Wills so that everyone's affairs are in order and there would be no heartache for those left behind to sort out the mess when no Will was made. His manner is friendly yet professional. Above all, his service to his clients is exceptional.
